Great sales team. Great service dept, had my S-Type R in there for service a few times for simple oil and fluid changes, and a replacement front strut that was leaking. They managed to get my battery covered under warranty as a goodwill which was much appreciated. This place is MUCH better than Jag west chester. Go here instead.

Recommend this dealer? YesEach time I had/have my car in for service/maintenance it is a pleasant experience. they supply a loaner car for me to use while mine gets serviced. or they quickly do a repair while i wait. the waiting area is comfy with a couch and coffee. one time they told me I could bring my dog in to wait while my tail light was replaced. they strive to make everything simple, convenient, and comfortable. they even ask if there's anything they can do to improve the experience. They even wash my car before I pick it up.........................
